Providing Support for People Living with a Disability
BCDSS is a well-established organisation providing NDIS support services to people living with a disability. We also directly link in with network planners and co-ordinators.
BCDSS is built upon a strong foundation with our founding owner having over 25 years’ experience in clinical nursing and the caring industry, providing training to those gaining their Certificate III in Individualised Support.
Supportive
At Building Confidence Disability Support Services we have supportive carers who are there to provide support and assistance where needed to help you reach your full potential and ultimately achieve your support goals.
Reliable
Part of our company’s ethos is to be reliable and dependable, to always turn up on time and when expected. We also like to match you where possible to the one carer so you are able to build a good rapport with that carer. When we promise a service we will always deliver.
Trained Carers
We only hire the most professional, trained and experienced carers to meet your caring needs. Carers must have at least a Certificate III in individual support or be highly experienced in their work, they must also hold a first aid certificate, Yellow card/Blue card and have a police clearance before we let them take you on as their client.
Support Services
We provide a wide array of services to suit each individuals needs. They range from Communitiy support to Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements. You can check them out on our services page.
